The beautiful grade II listed old railway bridge will could be used for various community activities which is will have flexible space with an amazing openable roof, great for the summer... also to the south of Commercial Road is an old disused vacant site which is now overgrown with plantation etc.
Also south of the site is the Limehouse Viaducts which the Docklands Light Railway goes over, maybe use these arches too...
To combine these two areas together will create an interesting architectural intervention.
